Savoury Chef Foods was invited to take part in a food photo shoot for Wedluxe Magazine Summer Fall 2012, Western Canada Issue. We featured the following small bites and dishes in the photo.

spot prawn and pea puree
poached spot prawn, green snow pea puree, blanched peas, pea tips and fennel pollen

braised pork belly
