Wine & Liquor Service

Chef Taryn and her staff have completed a private wine course with an experienced sommelier, are keen wine drinkers, and can suggest ideal pairings for all of our menus.

We take care of acquiring all wine, liquor, and/or specialty beers for your event in accordance with your needs and budget, and can advise on whether you are required to obtain a special event liquor license or permit.

We also have qualified bartenders and pourers on staff, who are all accredited with Serving it Right certification as required by provincial law.
