This not only contributes to a positive and nutritional dining experience, but it also supports small business, local farmers & suppliers. We only use sustainable fishing practices that are OceanWise and Seachoice approved.
We aim at providing the best possible product for your event, if BC does not offer it we will go elsewhere for this product.
Maple Hill chickens are raised medication and antibiotic free, given plenty of natural light and room to move freely in the barns. They are fed vegetable based rations and are 100% free of animal by-products.
Maple Hill Farms Free-Range and Certified Organic Free-Range Eggs are produced by hens which have the best quality of life we can give them. They are fed a ration which is grain/vegetable based, non-medicated, and contains no animal by-products or antibiotics.
From the pristine, glacier-fed waters off Read Island, shellfish from Sawmill Bay are fresh, flavoursome and exquisitely enjoyable. These shellfish come to you direct from our two family-run farms, delivered locally within 24 hours of harvesting. We use the sawmill bay beach oyster, along with an alternative kushi oysters at our oyster bars.

Turkeys at JD Farms are fed a natural diet of grain, vitamins and minerals without any medications or animal by-products. Our turkeys are raised in spacious, well-ventilated barns with free access to fresh water and a constant supply of fresh feed. Each turkey must pass a stringent certification program which ensures our customers only receive the very best!
The top 12% of all cattle raised at these farms are selected as sterling silver product. We are extremely happy to be able to offer our customers what we consider to be the best tasting product we can purchase.

Caffè Umbria is a full-service, wholesale coffee roaster based in Seattle, Washington. But the family’s roots in roasting go back to the 1940’s, when Ornello Bizzarri built his roastery in Perugia, Italy. The Arco Etrusco in our logo is a landmark of the Umbrian city.
Roaster Emanuele Bizzarri has always had coffee in his blood — from his grandfather Ornello to his father Umberto. When his family moved to Seattle from Italy, he became the third generation in a family of roasters, and he’s since carried that tradition on through Caffè Umbria with partners Jesse Sweeney and Pasquale Madeddu.
