British Columbia offers an abundance of quality produce and meats, and sourcing out local suppliers with a priority on sustainability drives a significant part of our menu creation. This not only contributes to a positive and nutritional dining experience, but it also supports small business, local farmers & suppliers. We only use sustainable fishing practices that are OceanWise and Seachoice approved.

Caffè Umbria is a full-service, wholesale coffee roaster based in Seattle, Washington. But the family’s roots in roasting go back to the 1940’s, when Ornello Bizzarri built his roastery in Perugia, Italy. The Arco Etrusco in our logo is a landmark of the Umbrian city.
Roaster Emanuele Bizzarri has always had coffee in his blood — from his grandfather Ornello to his father Umberto. When his family moved to Seattle from Italy, he became the third generation in a family of roasters, and he’s since carried that tradition on through Caffè Umbria with partners Jesse Sweeney and Pasquale Madeddu.

Two Rivers Specialty Meats is a purveyor of fine local meats that are free of antibiotics, hormones, and chemical feed additives. In addition to providing the finest protein products available, our goal is to strengthen the connection between producers and consumers. We want to foster a deep understanding amongst chefs, retailers, restaurants, consumers and the local farms who provide our products. We believe that people should know where their food is coming from, and that it was produced ethically and naturally.
At Cache Creek Natural Beef we grow high quality beef as nature intended, with an emphasis on natural grazing, environmental stewardship, and animal welfare. We do not use hormones, steroids, or antibiotics. We believe that healthy animals eating healthy feed will produce healthy, tasty meat. We also practice intensive pasturing meaning that our cattle are moved often. This avoids damaging the grass through overgrazing, and ensures that the cattle always have plenty of fresh grass. Healthy Pastures, Happy Cows. It takes a little longer and costs a little more, but we think it is worth it.
