Rental of JIBC New Westminster space is possible on evenings and/or weekends when the campus is open. The Justice Institute of BC New Westminster Campus has the following spaces available for rent to external groups:
* Atrium - 100 person capacity
* Cafeteria - 200 person seating capacity
* Classrooms/ Meeting rooms - 8 to 45 person capacity
* Computer Classrooms - 12 to 24 person capacity
* Gymnasium - two full size basketball courts
* Theatre - 200 person seating capacity
There is a special rate for registered, non profit groups at 50% off all all posted rates. GST is not included in the posted rates.
Booking Details
All groups renting space at the JIBC must submit to the Facilities Department the documents noted below at least two weeks in advance of the requested rental date (note that per the Form for Agreement, Notice of Cancellation must be received at least two weeks prior to the rental date or a fee will be charged).

* Proof of general liability insurance coverage
