Chefs Tasting Menu

Chef Taryn’s Tasting Menu is derived from the ethereal whim of a chef’s intuition, an organic concoction of local and market-fresh ingredients. This concept is related to dégustation, “a careful, appreciative tasting of various foods,” a term which stems from French kitchens in the early 20th century. We create full, multi-course menus highlighting signature seasonal dishes.

This intimate and exciting experience leaves a lasting impression; it is a special social affair of the utmost quality. We can design a Tasting Menu based upon a certain theme, and/or according to your general tastes; or, you can leave the creative process completely up to Chef Taryn and allow yourself the luxury of a pleasant surprise.

Pricing for the Tasting Menu begins at $115 per person (based on 25 guests; for smaller events, or larger events, please inquire). Experienced serving staff will be on hand, and we can also provide appropriate wine pairings to accompany all courses.
