Vancouver  - Savoury Chef Foods Ltd.

Savoury Chef was asked to produce and lead an incentive travel DMC event for HOT EVENTS Australia. The wonderful Pipe Shop Building was transformed into a Bavarian Beer Hall. With nine featured beers, five food stations, schnapps, whiskey, scotch, bourbon, and traditional german desserts. Our staff were decked out in traditional german beer fest attire. What a fun evening!

schnitzel – free range chicken & pork
rye and caraway crusted pork and chicken schnitzel, served with potato rosti, braised red cabbage, and a selection of grainey mustards.

spaetzle – gruyere stout or german hunter sauce
house made spaetzle with mustard seeds, served with a gruyere stout sauce, or german mushroom hunter sauce. Bacon, chive, and bread crumb toppings
