Born in France, and trained / technical work at the famed ‘LA LAURENTINE’ in Cote D’Azure, our pastry chef Stephen Meynier has generations of food and cooking in his family’s background. A coined expert at Viennoiserie pastry, and chocolate arts.
His experience is varied in multiple award winning France pastry shops, and prior to joining Savoury Chef Foods, Steven was the pastry production, and training manager at the group of La Baguette Cafe’s in Vancouver.
A Vancouver resident, Steven is extremely passionate, dedicated to his lifes work – the sweeter side of cooking. An extremely vital part of our organization!
