		<description>Your gnocchi recipe is one of the best!!! We are having a dinner party for 8 adults and would like to make this recipe. Is it possible to quadruple the flour, potatoes, etc. and have them come out as light as they do? Would an additional egg be necessary? Thanks again for a great recipe.</description>

good on the oven procedure and not the water - tells me you know your food.  try adding a pinch of nutmeg - grated, it might put a smile on your face.
